Air Hostess (Ground Staff)

About this role

We are hiring Ground Staff for aviation support services at a facility near KR Puram, Bangalore. Role & Responsibilities: - Assist passengers with check-in, boarding pass issuance, and baggage tagging - Guide passengers through security checkpoints and boarding gates - Handle passenger queries regarding flight timings, delays, and cancellations - Assist specially-abled passengers and unaccompanied minors - Coordinate with airline operations for gate changes and flight updates - Manage queues and ensure orderly boarding process - Handle lost baggage complaints and initiate tracing procedures Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, airline ground services, or customer-facing role - Minimum height: 5'3" (160 cm) - Well-groomed appearance as per aviation industry grooming standards - Fluent in English (spoken and written), Hindi is a plus - Must be available for rotational shifts including early mornings (from 4 AM) and late nights - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during delays and disruptions Uniform will be provided. Shift timings are rotational and scheduled weekly.
