What we collect
Email address (for sign-in and to contact you about jobs you applied to). Name, phone number, profile fields, and resumes you choose to add. Anonymous browsing analytics so we know which jobs are popular.
What we do with it
We share your details with the specific employer for the specific job you apply to. Nothing more. We never sell to data brokers, marketing networks, or anyone else.
What you can do
Edit or delete your profile and resumes any time from the account page. Email [email protected] to delete your entire account or to request a copy of everything we hold about you.
Storage and security
Profile data is stored in MongoDB. Resumes are stored in private AWS S3 buckets in Mumbai. Sign-in tokens are issued via signed cookies that expire after 30 days. We never store passwords because we do not use them.
Changes
We will note any change to this policy here. Material changes get an email to all account holders before they take effect.
