We are hiring an experienced Hair Stylist for a salon in Koramangala, Bangalore. Role & Responsibilities: - Perform haircuts, styling, colouring, straightening, and hair treatments for clients - Consult with clients to understand their preferences and suggest suitable styles - Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques - Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstation, tools, and salon area - Manage walk-in and appointment-based clients efficiently - Upsell salon products and additional services when appropriate - Handle client feedback and ensure repeat customer satisfaction Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience working in a salon or parlour - Proficiency in basic to advanced hair services (cutting, colouring, treatments) - Own tools preferred (scissors, combs, clips) - salon provides major equipment - Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Available to work on weekends and public holidays (peak salon days) Work timings: 10 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off).
