About this role

We are a premium wellness company in Bangalore looking for experienced massage professionals to join as Trainers. As a Massage Trainer, you will mentor and develop new therapists while also serving our top-tier clients. What You Will Do: - Train new therapists in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, and other body massage techniques - Conduct hands-on training sessions and evaluate trainee progress - Handle appointments with our premium and long-standing clients - Maintain quality standards across the team - Provide feedback and improvement plans for each trainee - 4-5 appointments per week including both training sessions and client appointments What We Provide: - Cab facility for pickup and drop to all appointments - Weekly payment plus monthly performance bonus based on trainee performance and client satisfaction - Flexible schedule - coordinate your own training and appointment calendar - Work with an exclusive, verified clientele of celebrities, corporate executives, and international guests - We do not attend unknown or unverified local clients Who Should Apply: - Women with minimum 1 year of professional experience in massage therapy, spa, or wellness - Experienced in at least 2-3 body massage techniques - Patient, good communicator, and able to teach and demonstrate effectively - Open-minded, bold, and confident personality - Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore Earning Potential: - Weekly earnings: ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 depending on training sessions and client appointments - Additional monthly bonus based on team performance - Experienced trainers with strong client relationships earn ₹1,50,000+ per month A leadership opportunity in a growing wellness company with excellent compensation.
