Security Guard (Apartment)

About this role

We are hiring Security Guards for residential apartment complexes across Bangalore. Role & Responsibilities: - Man the apartment gate during your shift and verify all entries - Maintain a visitor log and issue gate passes for visitors and delivery agents - Check vehicle entry stickers and direct visitor parking - Patrol the apartment perimeter on regular intervals during the shift - Coordinate with residents and association for any unusual activity - Operate the boom barrier and intercom system Requirements: - Freshers welcome - basic security training will be provided - 18-50 years of age, physically fit - Police verification mandatory (assistance provided) - Comfortable with 8-12 hour shifts including night shifts - Polite manner with residents and visitors Uniform and footwear provided. Night shift allowance for night-shift guards. PF and ESI applicable.
