Digital Marketing Associate

About this role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to manage and grow our online presence across social media and search platforms. Role & Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads - Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for better results - Handle social media content scheduling, posting, and community engagement - Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for management - Coordinate with the design team for creative assets - Manage SEO activities and track website traffic using Google Analytics Requirements: - 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing - Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools - Own laptop required - Ability to work independently and meet monthly lead generation targets - Good written communication skills in English Work timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
