About this role
We are hiring a Junior Web Developer for a digital agency in HSR Layout building websites and landing pages for client brands. Role & Responsibilities: - Build responsive web pages from design mockups using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Customise WordPress themes and plugins for client websites - Carry out cross-browser testing and fix layout issues - Optimise pages for performance and SEO basics (meta tags, alt text, sitemap) - Coordinate with designers and project managers on revisions - Deploy completed pages to staging and production environments Requirements: - Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience or completed a web dev course - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one CSS framework (Bootstrap or Tailwind) - Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, or similar website builders - Git basics for version control - Own laptop required Work timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.
