Barista (Coffee Shop)

About this role

We are hiring Baristas for a specialty coffee shop in Indiranagar. Role & Responsibilities: - Prepare a range of espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and tea beverages - Operate and maintain the espresso machine, grinder, and milk steamer - Take customer orders, handle the POS system, and manage cash and card payments - Maintain the coffee bar in clean and presentable condition throughout the shift - Restock cups, syrups, beans, and other supplies during the shift - Recommend drinks and food pairings based on customer preferences Requirements: - Freshers welcome - barista training will be provided - Good spoken English and a friendly customer-service attitude - Comfortable on your feet for full shifts - Punctual and reliable for opening or closing shifts - Available on weekends and public holidays (peak café days) Work timings: 7 AM to 4 PM or 1 PM to 10 PM (rotational), 6 days a week. Free coffee and shift meal provided.
