About this role
We are hiring Kitchen Helpers for a busy restaurant kitchen in Koramangala. Role & Responsibilities: - Wash, peel, and chop vegetables for daily prep - Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, work surfaces, and equipment - Carry ingredients and finished dishes between stations - Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment after each service - Take out kitchen waste regularly and segregate it as required - Assist cooks with basic prep tasks under supervision Requirements: - Freshers welcome - no prior experience needed - Physically fit and able to stand for long hours - Willing to do cleaning and dishwashing as part of the role - Hygienic habits and willing to follow uniform and grooming rules - Available for split shifts (lunch and dinner) Work timings: 11 AM to 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM to 11 PM, 6 days a week. Meal provided during shift. Possibility to grow into a Cook role with experience.
