About this role
We are hiring Restaurant Servers for a fine-dining establishment at UB City, Bangalore. Role & Responsibilities: - Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials - Take food and beverage orders accurately and pass them to the kitchen - Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with restaurant standards - Check on guests during the meal and address any concerns - Process bills and payments at the end of the meal - Maintain table settings, refill water, and clear plates promptly Requirements: - Minimum 6 months of experience as a server, steward, or in food service - Fluent English and basic Hindi - Well-groomed appearance with grooming standards as per the restaurant - Polite manner and ability to handle demanding guests calmly - Available for evening and weekend shifts (peak service days) Work timings: 12 PM to 4 PM and 7 PM to 11:30 PM, 6 days a week. Tips and service charge share over and above base pay.
