Customer Support Executive

About this role

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. Role & Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chat queries - Assist customers with product/service inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after resolution Requirements: - Good communication skills in English and Kannada or Hindi - Basic computer knowledge and comfortable using email and chat tools - Willing to work in rotational shifts (including weekends) - 6-day work week, 9-hour shift with 1-hour break - Freshers can apply - initial training will be provided Salary is based on experience and performance.
