About this role
We are hiring a Hotel Receptionist for a 3-star business hotel on MG Road. Role & Responsibilities: - Handle guest check-in and check-out using the hotel property management system - Take phone and online booking requests and update room availability - Address guest queries and complaints during the shift - Coordinate with housekeeping and food & beverage teams for guest requests - Process cash, card, and corporate billing for stays - Maintain the front desk in a presentable and welcoming condition Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel front office or hospitality - Fluent in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus) - Familiarity with any hotel PMS (IDS, Opera, eZee, or similar) is preferred - Well-groomed appearance, professional demeanour - Available for rotational shifts including night shifts Uniform and 1 meal per shift provided. Night shift allowance for night-shift staff.
