Data Entry Operator

About this role

We are hiring Data Entry Operators for a back-office services company in BTM Layout. Role & Responsibilities: - Enter data from physical forms and scanned documents into our internal system - Verify and correct entries to maintain data accuracy - Tag and categorise records according to defined rules - Meet daily entry targets (typically 200-300 records per day depending on type) - Flag unclear or incomplete documents to the supervisor - Maintain confidentiality of all data handled Requirements: - 12th pass minimum, graduates welcome - Typing speed of 25 WPM minimum (test conducted) - Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Attention to detail and patience for repetitive work - Basic English reading skills Work timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Suitable for first-job freshers and women returning to work.
