Project Manager (Jr.)

About this role

We are hiring a Junior Project Manager for our BTM Layout office. This role involves coordinating multiple ongoing projects and ensuring timely delivery. Role & Responsibilities: - Plan project timelines, assign tasks to team members, and track daily progress - Conduct daily standups and weekly project review meetings - Identify risks and blockers early and escalate to senior management - Maintain project documentation including timelines, meeting notes, and status reports - Coordinate between development, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth handoffs - Prepare and present weekly status reports to leadership - Manage project scope and ensure deliverables meet quality standards Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, team lead, or project management role - Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously - Comfortable with tight deadlines and changing priorities - Basic understanding of software development lifecycle is a plus Work timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Occasional extended hours during project deadlines.
