Field Sales Executive (FMCG)

About this role

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for an FMCG distributor covering retail outlets across Bangalore. Role & Responsibilities: - Visit assigned retail stores (kirana, supermarkets, Q-commerce dark stores) on a daily route - Take orders from store owners for our product range - Ensure visibility and proper placement of products on shelves - Report competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches - Collect payments and resolve any pending dues with stores - Achieve weekly and monthly primary and secondary sales targets Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (FMCG, telecom, or distribution) - Own two-wheeler with valid driving license - Knowledge of Bangalore retail map and ability to read assigned routes - Smartphone with good camera (for shelf-share photos) - Result-oriented and comfortable with daily targets Fuel and travel allowance plus monthly sales incentives over base pay.
