Telecalling Executive

About this role

We are hiring Telecalling Executives for our Electronic City office. This is a voice-based sales role where you will connect with potential customers over the phone. Role & Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists - Explain product/service features and pricing to customers - Follow up on interested leads and convert them into confirmed orders - Update call records and lead status in the system after every call - Achieve daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets - Participate in daily team briefings and sales training sessions Requirements: - Clear spoken communication in Hindi or English - Basic smartphone/computer usage - Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily - Freshers welcome - product training and calling scripts will be provided - 6-day work week Base salary plus attractive incentives on target achievement. Top callers earn significantly more than the base pay.
