About this role

We are hiring Insurance Advisors to sell life and general insurance products of a leading private insurer. Role & Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential customers through references and cold calling - Explain insurance products (term, ULIP, health, motor) and recommend suitable plans - Help customers complete the proposal form and required documentation - Coordinate medicals and document submission with the back office - Build a base of long-term customers for renewals and referrals - Achieve weekly login and monthly sales targets Requirements: - 12th pass minimum (graduates preferred) - Fluent in English and Hindi or Kannada - Confident in face-to-face and phone-based selling - Smartphone for app-based sales tools - Willing to travel within the city for client meetings IRDAI licensing will be facilitated by the company. Pay structure: monthly retainer + commission on each policy sold. Top advisors earn ₹40,000+ per month.
