About this role

We are hiring Real Estate Agents for a residential brokerage focused on Whitefield and surrounding areas. Role & Responsibilities: - Handle leads from online portals (99acres, MagicBricks, NoBroker) and walk-ins - Show available rental and sale properties to interested clients - Negotiate rent and sale prices between landlord and tenant or buyer - Prepare rental agreements and coordinate registration where needed - Build a database of landlords and properties in the assigned micro-market - Achieve monthly closure targets Requirements: - Freshers welcome - 12th pass minimum, graduation preferred - Confident communication in English and at least one local language (Kannada/Hindi/Tamil) - Own two-wheeler for property visits - Smartphone with camera for property photos and videos - Honest and transparent in dealings Earnings = fixed base + 2% commission on every closed deal. Top agents earn ₹50,000+ per month including commission.
