HR Recruiter (Junior)

We are hiring a Junior HR Recruiter for a staffing company in Koramangala focused on IT and BPO hiring. Role & Responsibilities: - Source candidates from job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn) for open client requirements - Conduct first-level telephone screening to assess fit - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers - Maintain candidate trackers and follow up on offer acceptance - Handle joining formalities and document collection for selected candidates - Achieve weekly closure and offer-rollout targets Requirements: - Graduate in any discipline - Minimum 1 year of recruitment or HR coordination experience - Confident on phone with good spoken English and Hindi - Familiarity with at least one job portal (Naukri preferred) - Comfortable working with weekly closure targets Work timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday. Monthly target-based incentive over and above the fixed pay.
