About this role
We are hiring an Office Admin Assistant for a corporate office on MG Road. Role & Responsibilities: - Manage office stationery, pantry, and housekeeping supply orders - Coordinate with vendors for AMC services (printer, AC, water, internet) - Handle courier dispatch and inward and submit reports - Book travel and accommodation for staff travelling on business - Assist HR and accounts with onboarding paperwork and bill processing - Maintain attendance and leave records for the support staff Requirements: - Graduate in any discipline - Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience - Microsoft Excel and email proficiency - Polite manner and ability to coordinate across multiple teams - Basic spoken English and Hindi Work timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
